At the Competence Center for IT Security at the FZI Research Center for Information Technology, we perform research on all aspects of cybersecurity, with a focus on applied topics. In many projects, we work on questions relevant to small and medium-sized enterprises.
We currently concentrate on the practical application of cryptography, security of IoT devices, incident response, and legal questions in cybersecurity and other information systems.
